Nice ride! Whats the story? Barn find?

one of my dads fav cars he has had a few 40s in tha past says hes keepn this one, bought it from central texas guy who owned it had it since 72’ built it and drove it for years till a small fuel line fire n tha early 80s he pulled it apart and rebuilt all the running gear and ended up getting a different job and it went into a small barn in the middle of a cow pasture-we found out about it thru a mutual friend and bought it late in ‘08 it’s currently sitting in the corner of the shop awaiting it’s turn in line
